Recometric is operated by SEOKLIKK Kft. ("SEOKLIKK LLC"). We want you to be happy with the Service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all Recometric orders. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  2. Contact us via the Contact page and we will help arrange the refund with Paddle.

Processing time

Once approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take several business days for the funds to appear on your statement.

Annual plans and renewals

For annual subscriptions, the 30-day window applies to the initial purchase and to each renewal. You may cancel a subscription at any time through Paddle's customer portal to stop future renewals.
